Snowpaw looked down from his position in the tree... over Fear's camp... right...over...her...den. No wonder they call this place the Forest Of Shadows. Snowpaw thought. So dark and spooky. Snowpaw inched his way over to the wasp's nest and heard the drowsy zzzzzzzz.
"A-ok." Snowpaw whispered. A cold wind shook the branches and he latched on with his claws. He looked around the camp's border. Even though Fear's camp was at high activity, they did not notice their enemies above and around.
"Snowpaw?" asked Frostpaw. her station was below Snowpaw's. Yeah, he had thought. The best place to get stung by a hundred wasps coming at you.
"Yeah?" Snowpaw asked.
"That Flamingpelt seems a little... strange. It seems he actually LIKES Fear." Frostpaw meowed.
Snowpaw nearly fell out of the tree.
"Whaaaaat?" He yowled. Fear's campmates looked up at him. Great. Thought Snowpaw. They are going to notice the big, fluffy, snowball in the tree. And the exact thing happened. It was now or never. Snowpaw dropped the wasp nest. suddenly, the wind carried it to Flamingpelt.
"Starclan, NO!!" Snowpaw yelled. But then he saw something scary. Sorrelkit was under Flamingpelt, and Flamingpelt's claw was raised in a..... No... Snowpaw thought. The killing blow...
